ENTIRETY products are designed to support relief and recovery in everyday life. Each unit is backed by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty covers:

• Internal motor and components

• Battery and charging functionality

• Structural housing and hardware

• Electrical defects not caused by misuse

The warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic wear from normal use

• Damage from drops or impact

• Water or liquid exposure

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Misuse, abuse, or commercial use

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, contact our support team at:

Include:

1. Order number

2. Description of the issue

3. Photo or video (if applicable)

Most cases are resolved within 2–4 business days.

Replacement Policy

If a warranty claim is approved, ENTIRETY will provide:

• A replacement unit of the same model, or

• An equivalent model if the original is unavailable

Replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
