Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident using ENTIRETY products. If something isn’t working for you, we’re here to help.

Return window:
30 days from delivery

Condition:
Products must be returned with all included accessories and packaging in good condition.

and include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or not functioning properly, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right under our warranty policy.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship the order once the correct information is provided. Additional shipping costs may apply.
